Shipping policy

At Perfect Soap, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure your products arrive safely and in beautiful condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Perfect Soap is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Some of our products, including tallow-based items, are heat sensitive and may soften or change texture when exposed to elevated temperatures during transit.

Seasonal temperature variations may result in natural changes in texture or appearance. These changes are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.

We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months and ensuring packages are retrieved promptly upon delivery. Perfect Soap is not responsible for heat-related changes once an order has shipped.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Perfect Soap is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Perfect Soap is not responsible for theft or loss.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we may assist you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the perishable and personal nature of our skincare and soap products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
